California is facing it's most severe drought on record.  Some people think it will be permanent.  Governor Brown declared a State of Emergency in January and directed state officials to prepare for severe water shortages.

Rebecca Lee, a senior legislative analyst at the California Public Utilities Commission will discuss the impacts of the drought on the State, Bay Area, and San Francisco

Ms. Lee frequently testifies before legislative committees on proposed water measures and has helped develop legislation on water efficiency, low-income water rate assistance, and desalination feasibility and financing.

Join us for this extremely timely and relevant program.

Pending Bylaws Changes:

At the beginning of the meeting, we will vote on proposed bylaws changes needed to comply with California Democratic Party’s rules on representation at party pre-endorsement meetings.

You can see the proposed changes by clicking on the "Changes to the Bylaws" tab at the top of this page.

Only qualified members may vote.  If you haven't paid your 2015 dues yet, you can pay at this meeting.  If you are unsure of your status, contact Todd David at toddsdavid@gmail.com or 415-373-8879.
